We work on the development of innovative collaborative initiatives that, among other things, help to generate employment and recover abandoned farmlands from which we produce some of the ingredients and part of our SMART products. The consumption of our SMART products is much more than a healthy and responsible decision, there are actions that change the life of many people and help to have a hopeful future.
Prioritizing the consumption of local products through suppliers who share our same values of quality and sustainability is one of our main goals. We also collaborate with and give visibility to social entities and food banks that have no religious ties or beliefs with the aim of helping those who need it most and eliminating food waste. Our commitment is to offer you a multi-sensorial experience with social value, which respects the environment and promotes animal welfare. We are aware of the environmental impact of all our actions and supported by our honest policy of economic sustainability (carrying out practices that are economically profitable, but also socially and environmentally responsible) we promote economic growth, without neglecting social equity and environmental care. We work focused on the 2030 agenda of the United Nations on sustainable development and we invest resources to achieve, as far as possible, its objectives. Thanks to our healthy and nutritious gastronomic proposal full of colors and delicious flavors, the little ones of the house will not be able to resist our dishes. In addition, our interactive tables offer them unlimited fun. Educational games, coloring pictures, puzzles, etc. Fun guaranteed! Thanks to the advanced system of sensors in our tables that are able to detect the shapes of objects, touches that are made and manage the content of each customer’s profile, we adapt the experience of each diner with the most appropriate and accurate restrictions and controls. Science fiction? No, NÜA Smart Restaurant.

We are pet lovers and we know that they are part of our lives as one of our femily member, so for them we have created our Smart Pet Experience. There is nothing more rewarding than sharing unique and unforgettable moments with those you loves you most.

Solidarity experience

Small gestures can change a whole life, so we actively support through monthly donations to animal shelters, organizations and animal welfare sanctuaries and collaborate with shelters and refuges to seek and offer a second chance of life to animals who have been abandoned or abused helping them recover physically and psychologically.
Every effort to give voice to those who do not have it is not enough, so we want to encourage you to collaborate in our solidarity initiative by giving you the opportunity to contribute a small amount before the end of the payment process. We are working to give you the possibility to round up your account by contributing the difference to an animal protection organization or if you prefer you can choose the amount. It is not mandatory, but they will thank you for it all their lives.

Cultural and artistic experience

Our dishes are made with natural, healthy and sustainable ingredients; but we also offer a complete “cultural menu” full of works created by urban and emerging artists with very special ingredients… In NÜA we want you to eat art and culture! Come and immerse yourself in a new way of understanding art through technology and interact with the works that artists present to you through our interactive tables!

Very soon, we will inform you about our cultural agenda and you will know why culture is not to be seen or heard only, but also be eaten!
